All return items must be in original condition and returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Credits issued will be less shipping charges.

Please e-mail us to obtain a return merchandise authorization number, indicate name, invoice #, and reason for return. Any items received without authorization number will be not be accepted and will be returned, with shipping charges.

Returns must be sent via insurable & traceable carrier, (June Bijou Jewelry can not be responsible for items lost in shipment due to customer negligence.)
